heating trouble

Hi guys I have a 1993 sundance spa marin I just got when I got it I new it needed a new heater so I got that worked great for about two months then it did not heat any more so I got a new heater element that worked for about a week now it only heats to about 90 also the blower bubbles are not working please help thank you for your time

Is the new heating element the same wattage as the original? If the wattage of the new element is less than the original, that could explain why the heating performance is less. Could also be other factors, but the wattage should be relatively easy to check. As for the bubbles, that is a separate issue from the heater.
