I am just getting ready to install me SWG and i am not certain if i should put a check valve between my SWG and my heater, pentair says yes but the person selling me the equipment says it is not needed as the cell is never on unless the pump is pushing water forward and it increases head pressure which in turn costs money over time. what are your thoughts?
