Impellar Shaft Seal

I have a bad shaft seal on my pump. How do i know which replacement part to order?

The pump is a 2hp Marathon and the pump house is a hayward...

The seal is a function of the Pump type ... so a Hayward of some sort. Which Hayward pump do you have?

Being a Marathon pump private label and I am guessing that this is on an above ground pool. Should either be a Power Flo or a Matrix. You might look at these pumps on our website www.hayward.com Either pump takes a SPX1500KA seal assembly.
