JTBURF- it's a Venturi skimmer. It's supposed to enhance skimming efficiency by more than 40% according to their documentation.

The suction line is optional. In cases where water level drops below skimmer line, there is no damage to equipment.

Now, it's beginning to look like a real pool, right?!! And it's looking fabulous!!

I love the spillway cutouts for your spa! That's going to look so cool! And I like that cute little corner step at the bottom of your steps. In my world, that's called a 'Suz Step' - makes steps a little easier!
