New Build in Corinth TX

Good idea on laying the sod OUT of the heat! You sure can see how the water helps green it up! More water please! LOL

That pool color is awesome! How is the main drain working out? Does it work well in helping to get the dirt out?

What a beautiful pool! Good idea with the sod. That is the part of my build that concerned me the most because I am going to have a LOT of sod put down in the front/back yard. I am worried about how much I have to water it. Thankfully it is now cooling down because my builder was so slow so hopefully it can survive because it will be put down in the fall instead of in the middle of July/August.

It doesn't look like St. Augustine to me. I know in the City of Austin they don't even allow St Augustine anymore because of how thirsty it is.

Drain works great. We finally get pool school this Friday. Daughter's birthday party is Saturday and adult Pool party is Sunday.
Sod is Bermuda. Too much sun for St Augustine. Took us 3.5 days to lay all the sod. Ran out so we still have more to do. Ughhh! Should have paid the PB to do it!

Gutters fixed, rocks in bowl, extra umbrella sleeves in.
Homework done outside at night. We finally finished laying the sod!
Loving our oasis!
