Cleaning and Painting A Used Diving Board

So I got a 6' diving board off craigslist. It's in decent shape (though a bit old) and has the base I wanted. It needs stain cleaning, repainting and maybe redoing the grit/grip on top.

Has anyone done this or have any pointers?

Try a pressure washer on the fiberglass board. Did my 22 yr old board and it came out pretty descent considering how stained it was.

Yep, I was definitely gonna do that. Costco has a really nice Subaru 3100psi gas pressure washer for $270 this month.
