    Portable Vacuum

When I was in Jamaica last month I had to take a photo of this portable vacuum the resort used. Basically a filter on a cart with it's own pump. They moved from pool to pool, plugging it in and vacuuming the pool keeping any debris vacuumed up out of the main filters. Something like this would be neat for a SLAM.

The pool guy that came once a week when I lived in a condo had something similar. His used a gas-powered trash pump so he was fully self-contained.
16K freeform gunite with spa; Pentair 4000 DE filter; Century Whisperflow 1 HP; Pentair Minimax heater.
Troublefree does not mean Maintenancefree. It's like brushing your teeth: You can spend a couple minutes a day and pennies a week or go to the dentist once a year and spend several thousand dollars.
A pool is like a pet - you have to feed it every day, even the days you don't want to play with it!

Gas powered may have spoiled the resort atmosphere, but neat. As you can tell by looking at this unit safety was their primary concern.
