New water

Just got new liner on 4/25.
Beautiful sparkling water
FC 0
TC 0
PH 10+
TA 50
CH 40
CYA 0

Liner people shocked with 1 lb dichlor. On 4/25

I have sock going with 4 lb of stabilizer

I have added 3 gal bleach over 2 days. FC still 0

Should I hit it hard with several gal of bleach at once?
Should I ignore PH for now? My PH is usually low so I assume it will decrease soon.

That pH number makes no sense. Most tests only go up to 8. What test kit are you using?

Until the CYA is dissolved in the water, the FC is going to be lost to the sun very quickly.
