Hi,
I am trying to investigate why the delay function of the Maytronics Pro Remote (99954226-ASSY) is not working on my Dolphin Triton Plus. I had confirmed with Maytronics Support before that it should work with my power supply (part no 9995678) but after receiving the remote it definitely does not work.

Could somebody with a M5/M500 let me know what the power supply part number is? It is printed on the bottom of the power supply and starts with 999.

I actually just found an ebay listing that shows which power supply fits which robot. However, this does not explain why the delay start does not work on my Triton Plus.

Just a quick thought in troubleshooting this. Instead of the power pack having the timer, is it possible that the M5 remote has a built in timer and sends the delayed start function to the power pack after the time lapse, and therefore it must be in close proximity to the unit when the time lapses. If so, do you have the remote close enough to operate it at that time?

An M5 owner that has used the remote for this for this feature can likely confirm whether this is the case.

I am curious about the outcome of this in general, as I am considering buying an M5(500).

I did leave the remote close to the battery pack. but the fact that the robot immediately starts tells me it is not the remote sending the signal. Also, all remotes - the original and the pro model - switch off after a few minutes of inactivity. One difference I noticed between the original and the pro model is that the pro model does not give an audible confirmation when you hit the OK button.
If there is a M5(00) owner out there could you please confirm if you get an audio confirmation when you press the OK button? Maybe the remote is broken or at least the part that sends the programming. The manual mode works fine after all.
