Ground Water Problem

I have ground water leaking into pool pan at light niche and seams of wall. I would like to know which product to use to stop the leak. An epoxy or rubber/silicone product or pool crete? The pool is getting a new liner. The old liner has the ground water leaking in behind causing stretching and resulting in a tear. We are installing a french drain but if the table gets too high I would still like to seal the leaks. So I am looking for input and advice. The pool has no main drain which is probably a good thing because that would def. let ground water in. The pool is old, the liner is only 5 yrs old according to previous home owner.
