lining ripped :(

This winter the weight of the snow caused my pool cover to fall inside the pool. Then all the water evaporated I guess. I went out yesterday to add water to the pool and noticed two 6 inch long slits in the lining near the bottom. So now I have an empty pool with a ripped lining. Any advice? Can this be patched? Is being empty damaging the pool?

Probably time for a new liner. Hard to say without being there to see it. Depends on how brittle the liner is if you could attempt a repair.

Agree with danpik. But you must get it fixed soon as above ground pools are unstable with out water.
