4 year old 18' summer escapes leaking at a seam

Seam is about 8 inches up from ground and looks like the leak could be somewhere in a 3ish foot part of it.

Would caulk or silicone do anything? anything else that may work? I've already told the kids there will be a pool somehow this summer but even $400 for another one of these is going to kind of hurt at this time

If the leak is isolated to one spot, it can be patched. If the failure extends for 3 feet, you will need a new liner.
