Recently purchased a portable pool cleaning system with 1 1/2 hp Reliant self-priming pump w/strainer, and Reliant cartridge filter. Once strainer and cartridge filter are primed with water, and air is out the vacuum hose, I cannot get it to vacuum or keep sucking water. Help/Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
