Am working graveyard shift now and there is no way I can make it hone before Sun raise to test for lost chlorine. What are my options? Can I have some one Take a sample from the pool before Sun raise and save for me until I get home to test it ?
No, that won't work. The FC level changes when the sample is removed from the pool. FC and PH always need to be tested directly after taking the sample from the pool.
I'd suggest you just teach someone else in the house how to run the test. My guess is that just about anyone over the age of ten could get the sample to the right marking on the vial and count the drops and be able to differentiate between pink and clear.
