ELI5: Adding Pentair iPhone controller

We have a newly installed pool system with a Pentair Easy Touch 8 interface and remote system. It works wonderfully. The DSW would like iPhone control. So, TPMers, explain it to me like I am five years old.

Specifically, what is needed to add iphone control? (Incl. Pentair part #s) For the sake of simplicity, please presume this would be a hard wired install rather than a wireless install.

It sounds like you want the 520500 iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/PC and Mac Interface Kit. There is a different part number when bundled with the wireless kit.
