I'm curious about the Encore Cool product vs. Behr DeckOver and Rust-Oleum Restore. I live in the high desert north of Los Angeles where summer air temps often reach 115+. The concrete pool deck is too hot to walk on without risking serious injury. Does anyone have experience with all three products and can you give me some feedback on which has the best cooling ability - or are they all about the same? Any recommendations or feedback is much appreciated.
