Deck Staining/Restoring

I have been using a Behr solid waterproof stain for years now. For the most part I have been very happy with it. Lately I have been thinking about possibly coating the deck in the DeckOver. Have any of yall used it? Did you put it over bare wood or over a deck that had already been stained.

I did rustoleum restore on my deck - the 10X one. It was OK, but I was not thrilled with the way it looked or felt. I ended up rebuilding the decking after a year, and using behr sold stain on it.
