I have a 30,000+ Gallon pool. Circupool salt system. I tested the salt and it was over 6,000 ppm high but OK. The monitor reads water fault. When the monitor reads low water the chlorine generator stops operating. The pool is very full as is the tube.
I'm not sure what to do.

Welcome to TFP!

How old is your SWG? Have you inspected the cell for scale and cleaned if required?

One sign of a dirty or failing cell is reading lower salt than reality.

Purchased April 2013 cleaned once in 2014. Used muriatic acid per instructions. It worked fine until recently after I opened the pool. Water is crystal clear and perfectly balanced. I used chemicals as directed by my pool specialist. I have disconnected the SWG and using 3" tablets temporarily. It looks like brand new. Looks may be deceiving.

Welcome to the forum Bob

Knowing exactly which SWCG you have would be very helpful.
With the chlorine tablets you will start to raise your CYA.

Oh my, how does one qualify to be a "pool specialist"

I am not sure that title would make me trust them any more that any regular person working in the pool industry ;)
