water pouring out of timer box

i turned on my sprinkler water valve after winter, was surprised to see water pouring from my pool timer box (attachment). the equipment is off, i have a small in ground pool. i am not aware of any settling problems. can anyone help?

Yikes, make sure that breaker is off while you try to figure this out. Very strange.
