First test of the year, any suggestions

Opened pool on 4/3 and water looks great. Struggled the first half of last summer with the pool store, then switched to TFP and have been very happy. Let pump run for 5hours and then tested.

FC:9 CC:0 pH:7.3 Alk:130 CH:350 CYA: less than 30. Water Temp: 49

I have chlorine sticks in to raise CYA, then will switch to bleach, not sure if I would be better off buying stabilizer. Would like to bring the pH up, is it worth adding soda ash, or just let it come up on its own?

With the high TA you're showing, the pH should raise by itself. The trichlor will tend to push the pH down, though. There's nothing wrong with 7.3, so if it stays in that range, you're golden.
