Have had goldline aquarite installed for several years with no major difficulties. Starting up this season I have the following readings on my panel in this order

79
0.0
0.00
71p
-0
AL-0
~1.40
0

Can anyone tell me what my problem may be?

The readings show no salt (measured by the cell) and so no power to the cell so it could be a failed cell.

How old is the cell?
Are any other LED's lit?

According to that you have it set for 71% output ... that means it is only generating 71% of the time. Maybe you looked at it when it was not.

Although I thought it would still show a salt reading even when it was not generating.

Have you checked the manual? They are available on the Hayward website.

You can also try selecting super chlorinate and see if any of the readings (volts, amps) change but I doubt they will since it's not measuring any salt.

No other light lit. I have two cells and I keep one clean to rotate. Both give me the same readings. We have had our share of rain as always but I added two sacks of salt and still no reading. Changed out the nickle sized diode but still nothing. Does anyone rebuild boards or sell rebuilt?

Hmm, my next guess (just a guess) would be the current limiter because it's a part that fails frequently. How does it physically look? See if the video below describes your problem.
