Aquacal Heatpump error code

Hi, we have a 2012 Aquacal Heatpump. When I am trying to turn it on it briefly goes to heat only to revert back displaying error code 'ObA'. I looked through the manual and also searched the internet but that code does not show up anywhere. Any hints would be appreciated.

They have a few heat pump series, do you know the model number? Can you provide a picture of the unit as well?
