Low to Zero Pressure and pump basket not filling up - HELP

I am having issues with the pressure being extremely low. The pump basket is not filling up completely and the water jets are not very strong.
I have been troubleshooting this issue for the last three days.

I recently cleaned the filter grids and since then pressure has been almost nothing.
I lubed the pump lid ring. Today I changed the diffuser o-ring since it show to have some bumps. I also tried using a drain bladder in the skimmer lines to make sure there wasn't any debris clogged.

What else do I need to consider? This issue is very frustrating.

This could be caused by a clog somewhere, or by air getting into the suction side plumbing.

One simple thing to check is to make sure the water level in the skimmer is high enough that no vortex forms. A vortex could draw air down into the pipe.

Another simple thing to check is to make sure none of the valves that should be open are accidentally closed.
