Do I have a leak? Fiberstars lens...

I reached into the pool and tried to wipe what appeared to be a dirty lens on the pool wall, only to have the lens come off and into my hand...looks like the oring just fell apart...Is there something behind this that will keep the pool from leaking until I can deal with it, or is this a MAJOR problem?

Under normal circumstances it shouldn't be a problem.

What are normal circumstances? As I look at some of the other lenses, it's pretty apparent that they at least have some moisture in them as well...maybe this is a good excuse to retrofit for LEDs...

If the conduit doesn't leak (which it shouldn't).

I would suggest upgrading to LEDs. The LED lights out perform even the best fiber installations.
