Light placement question

Ok... So I know that lights shouldn't face the house. Here's my question/ concern.

We're building a large pool (40x19). We need 2 lights. Currently, 1 light faces away from the house.
The light on the left end doesn't face the house but will be visible because it's at the end of the pool.
Will we have similar issues just by the light being visible? Even if it isn't facing the house?

I don't think so. I also think you could move it a little closer toward the house which would help shine the light away from the house and also light the bench better and around the spa better. Maybe halfway between where the light is now and the return.
