I love these steps (see http://www.troublefreepool.com/threads/42789-New-Intex-26-Ultra-Frame-Owners)- Post #24. Anyone know where I can purchase these or something similar? Does anyone have other step/stair suggestions?

They are called confer steps and plugging that along with above ground pool into Google will give you an array of dealers online.
