    Hello From Tampa Bay Florida

Like a bunch of others on here I'm a new owner of a previously foreclosed house with a pool. I'm a first-time pool (and home) owner that's trying to learn how everything works, and to take care of it on my own. This site's provided some awesome information so far, and I've got a few more questions to ask, so I signed up.

To be fair, a flipper bought the house before I did and they had a pool company keep it in good shape. I'm the one that let it go bad because I thought I was going to start renovations 2 months before I actually did.

Thank you! I actually lived in Seminole last year and am just across the border into Largo now, near the mall. I'm curious, where do you go to get your bleach? I started getting it from Target and Publix, but am now getting it from Pinch-A-Penny. I'm curious if Leslie's is any cheaper or if you know of somewhere better.

    ...And.... Here you go
15k gallon (?) kidney-shaped inground concrete (paint) pool & spa combo undergoing resurfacing. 6 floor jets, 2 side returns around steps, 1 skimmer also near steps. Spa has 4 jets. 1 hp Sta-Rite Supermax, 1.5 piping, Pentair CC100 cartridge filter (holds up to CC200), ComfortZone gas heater - old and broken, Master Pool return distributor (not sure what to call it). Pool Before Resurface

Welcome from Orlando! Here, PaP and Leslie's are the close to same price... around $5 for 2.5 gallons. Best price I can find without searching the sale ads each week and tossing bleach bottles.
Sharkline Reprieve 15x52 (3/14). Still using Intex 2650 Sand Filter with Hayward Power-Flo Matrix 3/4 HP pump (6/15). Solar Cover cut into strips for easy removal, (2) 2*10 Space Saver solar panels. Swim Jet HD Robot (by Aquabot) (3/15). Chlorine Liquidator (4 gal). 4 person hot tub. Hard pipe is the way to go for improved flow! Retired Lil Shark (3/15). Starite Max E Therm 333k BTU Propane Heater w/ 24 gal tank (7/15).
