We are tiling our back will in Norstone's Ochre XL veneer www.norstoneusa.com/products/rock-panels/ochre and are trying to choose a tile that will blend well with it. Anyone who has used this veneer before have any suggestions?

I haven't, but since it is a mixture of many colors I would pick something that contrasts with it. A vivid blue of some kind would be stereotypically pool-ish. Perhaps something with a mixture of blue and tan-gray (like the dominant gray in the stone).
The best thing to do by far would be to bring a sample of the stone to a tile store, and see what you like.
