I've got a 120V SPA light that keeps tripping my GFCI on the ProLogic Panel. Drained the SPA and for kicks replaced the light bulb - yep, still no light. I pulled out the stainless housing and checked/inspected the light housing and saw a little rust near the cable outlet at the back of the light unit--should have took a pic and then posted it here. My guess is this thing is done. Just enough electrons are getting out to trip the GFCI.
Question. I think 12V LED is the way to go and I can even put it in my ProLogic Panel. How hard is it to replace these? Don't new ones come in specific lengths? Any recommendations on the replacement? Is it a pain to pull the wires? Techniques?
Thanks!
