Pentair MiniMax E04, Unit shuts off

Hello,
I have a Minimax that is displaying the E04 code.
-I turn on the heater and get the "LO" message
- the fan comes on and after a while the display totally shuts off
- the unit restarts (including the fan) and displays the "LO" message
- after a few minutes i get the "E04" message

The vent on the top of the unit is clear, the air flow is pretty light when it starts.
I suppose the fan is faster after it starts heating, I just remember hearing the noise

I worked on it late at night and I did pull the leads off the flow switch and short them to see if that was the problem, no change.
I need to check with a meter and see if I have voltage or if the switch is made.

Any other tips before I dig into it?

Thanks again for the replies

I also wonder if the can has water in it. Remove the bottom most bolt on the header and if water comes out, you have a hole in your heat exchanger.

Thank you for all your help!

It looks like the problem was either squirrels or mice during the winter.

They chewed a hole in my pressure switch line.

$3 and I'm back up and running

When I was trying to dummy the pressure switch, I must have not been doing it long enough.
