Anyone used an Ezi-Action Drum Pump?

Has anyone used an Ezi-Action drum pump for getting liquid chlorine out of a 5 gallon (in my case 20 litre) drum?

I've used similar, and not knocking your idea, but it is a bit more trouble. They make a spiggot for pails that allow you to drain out what you need into a measured pitcher or other vessel. Just a thought...
