Are there any additional circuit inside the pool housing?

My Pentair housing has a leak blowing out my LED lights. When I tested with a regular 120v bulb, I'm not getting any power, I put a meter to the socket and get no reading. Since it's a 120v I'm wondering if there is anything else in there that may have fried where I'd have to replace the entire housing.

I've tested the switch and there's current going through the wires.

There is often a thermal cutout switch to prevent overheating in the base of the fixture, though not always. Typically they are epoxied into the base of the fixture, so you can't always tell if there is one or not.

You do not need to drain the pool, though a partial drain has some advantages. Basically, you will need to have your arms in the general area of the light niche a fair bit, i.e. in the water, if you don't do a partial drain, which can be problematic if the water is very cold.
