Identifying Solar Panels

Looking around to POSSIBLY buy some USED solar panels. Some owners don't know what type of panels they have. I'm looking at a system now where the owner is clueless, however, on the 2" header it has PERFORMANCE written on it. Also, it's the first time I have seen a header with inner threads. Nothing attached, in fact it still used the "hose and clamp method" to attach the header. I cannot find where or who made these panels...

I am not looking for a discussion on NEW vs. USED.... Just asking if there is a way to identify any particular panel???

There is a company called Performance solar inc that serves Orange County.

Hmmm... not real good reviews for Performance, at least on Yelp.
Probably too good to be true...
