We have a big Memorial Day party. Last year we had 80 people (40 of whom are kids), 27lb brisket (13 and 14 at same time), 15lb chicken, 10lb sausage, and 25 hot dogs. All but hotdogs cooked on the Primo.

..yeah, yeah, I realize they are efficient and versatile and now that you've destroyed my size-argument, I'm at a loss. I'll have to focus on bashing the automatic Traegers (sp?) now!! At least the ceramics still use wood/charcoal.

I have a Vision Grill. It's almost exactly the same dimensions and capability of one the green ones, except for 1/3 to 1/2 the price. Come see me over at Kamado Guru, same handle.

Yesterday I did a small cook, about 8 pounds of country ribs and then I smoked 2 canadian bacons

THis was new years.. Kalua Pork, with and without banana leaves.
