Intermatic timer - Can't turn off

Hi All,

I can't turn my pump off using the intermatic timer. It stays on just fine though! I've got the 2 timer type - 1 for the main pump power/time and another for the Polaris. The main switch flips on and off completely so I know it's not the wheel with the little metal clips/trippers.

I've done a quick search and some reading and get the impression that this is more of a replacement part than a fix-it item. Anything else I should look at before ordering a new one? Will I replace the entire thing or just the one side/timer?

Thanks for the suggestion, Jason. I do have a freeze protection device. It's set to 44, but it's 59 right now. Is there some way to test and see if that's causing the issue? Maybe just disconnect its wires?
