Hot tub help

I have a destiny river spa I picked up from a family member that got it from family leisure.

It has two 5hp pumps one that circulates the water to keep temperature I guess and another for a different set of jets.

The main pump that regulates temperature has quit working and it's 4 degrees out. Is there a way I can utilize the other pump so my tub doesn't freeze or am I out of luck.

Man I wish I could tell you for sure, but I just don't know.

If you can keep water moving through everything with the one other pump I sure would do that. At least move water through what you can to minimize the damage.

If you manually turn on the pump that does work, you should be protected from freezing for at least the moment. However, the heater isn't going to work unless you fix the circulation pump.

The temp was at 72 when I got home not sure how it's holding temp . It's higher then it was last night by 5 degrees.
