Need Help Comparing Pools

I have been looking at pools and have narrowed it down to two pool lines. They are both 24 foot round. The first company is Sharkline the version would be the Summerfield. That pool is about $2700 plus insulation that is $925 that only covers 4 inches of leveling with a sand filter. The second one would be Aquasports and the version would be St. Croix. That pool is $4500that includes insulation and it covers 12 inches of leveling. Also with a sand filter. Not sure which pools is the best I am a beginner when it comes to this any help/reviews would be much appreciated!

I have no experience with above-ground pools. I've heard good things on this site about Doughboy and Evolution AGPs.

I don't know about the other manufacturers but DB pushes over sized pumps and under sized filters. Might look at packages without equipment or upgrade the package equipment.
