Not necessarily a bad thing. Under the right circumstances and with the right people, this could be fun.
Looking Good! We also live in Sienna and used John with Grand Isle for our build (August 2012). Great builder and to this day still answers any questions I have. Even offered to come out this past January when it looked like I had a leak around one of the pumps. We have referred him several times.
Oh so much fun to be had!
I see a game of twister added to the food and drink for the pool crawl!
I wonder how TSA would react to seeing a twister game in my carry on??

That's certainly coming along nicely. Glad to see the progress and glad the PB is able to secure a nice group of contractors!
More stone work today, spa stones need some leveling. Decking may be scheduled next week.

That looks really nice. I cannot get over how close the houses are to one another!!
We are packed in here like sardines but, it is a great community. These are spacious lots compared to some of the new developments and some areas within our own development.
Compared to what!?! That is nothing in comparison to places like New York or New Jersey.
Try San Francisco. They have what they call row houses. They don't quite touch each other, but there is literally an inch between them.
I get that, but here in NH we do not really have communities of houses ( if we do most get atleast an acre each ) or HOA for houses either. It is just something I am not use to seeing.
That's a really broad (and wrong <G>) blanket statement. That depends largely on WHERE in NJ/NY. I grew up in NJ on a 1 acre lot with 3000 acres virgin forest 10 feet out my back door. Still there to this day.
Yes that's true, I'm just saying -- that looks like regular suburb to me as opposed to like what houses in Queens are like. You know what I mean. 
Looks great. And fast progress too! Love the glass tile you selected. That exact one was on our short list but we ended up going a different direction. What kind of decking are you going with?
Coping done, tile dirty from the install of the coping! Hopefully it will clean up.
