MobileTouch won't tune to Intelliflo Control Panel

Howdy, we lost power for a few hours the other day and our MobileTouch remote has not connected to the intelliflo panel since then. I have the 2.160 firmware. I tried both the auto select as well as went through the steps to see that it should be on channel 28 and manually saved that and still nothing. The pump/system is running exactly on schedule, but I just can't see anything on my handy MobileTouch. Anything else I should try before calling customer service tomorrow?
