Pool Covers

Does anyone have recommendations for pool covers/installers for anchoring in concrete in NC? We have tried water bags and find them useless. May be selling the house so want the pool to stay extra clean this winter and not be a frog pond in the spring.

If I was selling, I would just go the winter blanket and water bag route. I doubt the future buyers will add what you spend on the safety cover to their offer, or even the agents listing price.
