I’ve been lurking around the site for a while and would like to start planning my build for the following year. Im located in northern New Jersey
Id like to build something like this.
By backyard is longer than it is wider, here is a picture. Measurements are proximately: top 14ft, sides 45ft, bottom 23ft.
I would prefer the pool to be against the property line but I’m not sure of the setback requirements other than 10ft from the house.
Are there any cons to building a partially raised pool like this? I plan on going with the concrete block and epoxy approach I’ve seen here.
