Long story short, I got the shaft by a contractor and am now stuck with a unfinished pool and walls that need skim coating and an unpoured floor. plus other stuff.

Are you sure you need shotcrete? Sounds like you may need your bottom finished with pool-crete. Either way, feel free to give me a call.
