Leakage in pool don't know what to do.

So basically, my grandfather and I were working on our pool because it was eroding a bit. We drained the pool completely so that we could fix the pool up but we came across a little problem. In this one particular spot (nowhere near the drain) there is a spot where we kept on dabbing the spot with a towel and using a hair dryer to completely dry off this tiny leak coming from the bottom of the middle end of the pool.

No matter how hard we try to dry it off, it keeps on coming, and coming, and coming and it just won't go away.

Does anyone know what this is or what is causing it?!

Is there a way to fix it?! We need help FAST!

Inground or above ground, water volume, vinyl or concrete?
