Pool closing numbers

Hello,
I am closing my pool today. My numbers.
FC: 3.5
CC: .5
CH: 325
TA: 100
PH: 7.8 - 8.0 not dark enough for 8.2
CYA: 10 just a guess cause I could not see the dot at 20 and barely with tube filled all the way.
I way gonna bring to slam level at 10 CYA. Then add polyquat 60. Let run for any hour or so and start draining to blow out lines. In the past before TFP method when I opened I had to add baking soda. So I am banking on PH going low over winter. I live in Louisville,Ky so our winters are not terrible like you up north folks... I do have a mesh cover so I get all the drain through from the sky. Does this sounds ok to close?

Well just looking there isn't a slam level for CYA 10.
So the CYA 20 slam level is 10 so I am just gonna just bring my chlorine up to 8. Then close. Is this ok?

That is fine. Realize that I believe the instructions say to raise to shock level for at least a day and then let it drift down some before adding the Poly.

I missed that dam. What would happen if I just do like I said?

Well the chlorine breaks down the poly ... so there is a bit of a balancing act. May not be a real problem.
