Hello all, we just signed our contract today to have our 25 year old pool remodeled. We choose Presidential Pools in Gilbert, AZ to renovate our pool. We have a handful of things getting done, below are to name a few.
*Removing plaster interior and replacing with Pebble Radiance Bermuda Blue interior finish
*Installing a 40sq ft baja shelf
*Installing a fixed table in our bench area
*Installing 10ft seat bench coming off the baja shelf
*Removing halogen light and replacing with Pentair LED light
*Removing old sand filter and replacing with Pentair CCP520 Cartridge Filter
*Converting from chlorine to salt with the Pentair IC-40 SWG system
*Installing an automatic water leveler
*Installing a dedicated suction line for our pool vac (currently the pool vac is powered where our skimmer would be, using poolskim for a skimmer)
Total cost of remodel is $14,800
What the pool currently looks like
This is where the Baja shelf and 10ft bench in the shallow end will go.
This is where we are having a pedestal table built into our existing seat bench.
I will keep this thread updated during the process.
