Crew is back out here today and just started the plumbing.
Today they are installing my automatic water leveler, dedicated suction line for my pool vac and plumbing in my new filter and swg system.
Getting rid of this.

I would keep the pump and anything else that still works for resell or just in case.

Oh for sure, i'll be selling the filter and light as they are still in good working condition.
They finished installing the auto water leveler today, the dedicated vacuum line, the salt cell and my new filter.

Laid out where the new Baja shelf and seat bench and table will be going.
We chose to go 12" from waterline tile for the Baja shelf and 18" deep on the bench.

Their doxies and hate the water. Even if they could touch on the shelf they wouldnt get in the water.
Looks like rebar tomorrow and then shotcrete either Thursday or Friday. Then they'll finish electrical, put all new plastic fittings in, clean up and then put the pebble radiance interior in, then acid wash and top it off with water with an estimated finish time of November 6th
My grandparents had them as long as I can remember but can't remember about water. Our German Shepherds LOVE the Baja shelf but obviously the depth isn't an issue. Our female loves to lay on the shelf too.

Shotcrete crew was out here today to wrap this portion up. Tomorrow the new waterline tile goes in.
Very pleased with the new additions to the pool thus far. Hoping to have water start going in on Saturday.

Not having a single shotcrete pool in my neck of the woods, it always amazes me the intricacy of the rebar forming they do.....very impressive remodel !!!
Are the 12" and 18" call outs supposed to be water depth or distance from the coping?
Sure looks like the water depth is only going to be 8-9" on the tanning shelf.

Good question as I was thinking the same thing once done the depth/distance will change.
It's the distance from the waterline or center of the waterline tile.
