    Dry Skimmer collecting water

Hello! Newbie to both forum and pool life. I recently closed pool and prior to adding anti freeze to skimmer noticed it was collecting water. After inspection I noticed water seeping in from between skimmer inlet and concrete of pool itself. Water level is dropped about 10 inches below bottom of inlet, so the seeping is actually being pushed up somehow. Has anyone every heard of this? Also, seeping seems to stop when level of water reaches surface of skimmer inlet.

    Welcome to TFP!!!

Sorry about the late response, but I am having trouble understanding what you are describing. Can you add some pictures of your observation?
