Water on cover... Leave it or pump off?

Do you guys leave water on top of cover during the winter or keep it pumped off? I've got 4 inches of water on top of my cover, it is doing a good job of keeping it weighted down.

Any harm in leaving it til I open next year?

It's your call. At some point you may want to pump some off.
That's why I got the cover with the mesh strip down the center. No messing with a pump and it replaces the water I drain off. 😎
