Low TA

New Plaster is 6 months old (quartz colorscapes dark gray). Having to add MA everyday to maintain PH at 7.5. Adding baking soda once a week to maintain TA at 60-70.
Starting to see some white stains on plaster and overall color of plaster has changed. Could this be result of calcium? My TA tends to stay closer to 60 on average. Is there any harm in keeping TA at lower end?
These are my current readings.
FC=4.0
PH=7.5
TA=60
CYA=60
CH=400

Calcium scailing you can almost always "feel" on the pool surfaces.....it'll be rougher than the rest of the surface.

Can't answer your question about TA but I see little harm.

Why is your CH high? What is the CH of your fill water?
