What's wrong with my pump? Excess noise? (Video included)

I'm not sure what's wrong with my pump, but I think the bearings might need replacing.

It's been like this for about a year (I've only lived here a few months) and I'd like to fix it. I stuck my finger in and found a leaf or two in the impeller, but removing that made no difference to the sound. Before the noise started, it was particularly quiet. The pump still runs and has good output (not as good as before, but still very good)

Anyone recognise the noise? It sounds a little worse on this than in real life, but hoping for some guidance.

Thanks in advance,
JD.

If the sound is coming mainly from the back of the motor, it could be the centrifugal switch. Sometimes a spring will break or come of the governor and make a strange noise like that.
